Do orthodox churches see the roman catholicism as a heretic church why is that?

I was reading comments from orthodox churches about the roman catholicism and they are against the ecumenism and stuff like that, and also they say the roman catholicism is a heretic church? I thought orthodox churches were tolerant and they realized the roman catholic church was closer to their beliefs
