Since Jesus prayed to the Father did his will and claimed that God was greater then he wasn't this Arius point?

In John 1;14 it claims that Jesus [[became]] the flesh of God. Which means he was created. God used a form of the verb *became to create in Genesis 1;1-3. So why was Arius considered a heretic?
