Skilled enough to correct heretics or not?

Anyone, who has a good handle on scripture has an obligation to correct heresy. Remember it's not the one,being articulate that corrects one's doctrine it's God through his word 2 Timothy 3:16. The only thing she needs to do is to make sure her doctrine is sound. If she believes speaking that tongues is for today, she need to study some Greek and 1 Corinthians 13:10. Study the neuter form and the "that which is perfect" in that verse. They are not referring to the 2nd advent of Christ,when tongues will cease. Tongues ceased when that which is perfect came, (It can't be Christ because the pronoun in the original language is in the neuter form; therefore, it is the bible which is perfect. It was canonized at the 1st council of Nicea. The bible has already come; therefore, tongues has already ceased.
